COVID-19

Due to the recent COVID-19 concern, we want to assure everyone about how we sanitize our office in addition to the universal precautions.

  • All patients go thru series of questions to make sure they have no symptoms, and also they have not been contacted with anybody who had any flu like symptoms in the past two weeks.
  • Same questions are asked at the time of appointment confirmations, and at the time of arrival.
  • The chairs in the waiting room are more than 6 feet apart.
  • Temperature is taken upon arrival, and hand sanitizers are used, then patients are required to place their belongings (purse, cell phone, jackets..etc) in a sanitized bin, next patients will be escorted to washroom to rinse their mouth with special anti bacterial solutions for 60 seconds, and wash their hands for 20 seconds, afterward they will be escorted to the dental chair.
  • All staff use N95 masks, disposable gowns, and eye protections such as goggles or face shields.
  • Each patient will be given personalized pen for filling the forms, signing..etc to prevent any cross contaminations.
  • Special high vacuum machine is placed near patients mouth to absorb 99% of aerosols and droplets during any dental procedures.
  • All items such as magazines, brochures...etc are removed from waiting room to prevent any cross contaminations.
  • Making use of hypochlorous acid in between patients as an extra level of sterilization.
  • All surfaces, and door knobs are sanitized continuously throughout the day.
  • Sneeze guards (acrylic barriers / Plexiglass) are placed at the point of arrival, and at the check out point for additional line of safety between staff, and patients.

All the above are applied in addition to universal precautions recommended by American Dental Association (ADA), CDC, and OSHA.

You can be rest assured we are following all the appropriate guidelines regarding cleanliness and disinfection of our entire office and instruments. We do ask if you are ill to please cancel your appointment and follow your doctor's orders and please keep us updated of any diagnosis you have so we can protect our staff and other patients.

If you have traveled to a location (international or local) where cases of COVID-19 has a high risk of community transmission, please call us to determine if you should keep your appointment.

Thank you for understanding and we assure you we are doing everything we can to make sure our office is safe for all.
